Claiming my club
Account
If you run a club that's already listed on MeetAndPlay but nobody has claimed it yet, you can request access to its dashboard.
What you need to send
From the club's page, tap Claim it on MeetAndPlay and tell us:
- Your role: owner or manager.
- A contact: a WhatsApp number or email where we can confirm it.
- How we can verify it: the club's website or social media, its Google Maps listing, an invoice in the business's name, or any other evidence (10 characters minimum).
How long it takes
Someone on our team reviews every request by hand — there's no fixed response time. In the meantime your request stays under review; sending it doesn't give you access yet. You can come back to the same page to check its status.
What you get once it's approved
As soon as we approve it, your account gets access to the club's dashboard to publish courts and schedules, manage bookings and fill your incomplete matches, and the club's listing is marked verified in the directory. If we reject it, we tell you why and you can send it again with more evidence.
