What we found auditing Cancún

Nearly everyone books through Playtomic

Of the Cancún padel clubs where we could confirm a platform, all of them use Playtomic. You pay to be in their app, and the player stays with them, not with you.

Others have nothing at all

One Cancún club with more than 18 years behind it still takes bookings only by WhatsApp and phone. There's no software there — there's a person answering messages.

And some have a button that goes nowhere

On two club sites in the area the booking button doesn't go anywhere: one has no destination at all and the other points at an anchor on the same page.

Nobody knows the hourly price

We couldn't find a single published rate in Cancún. The player has to ask over WhatsApp before deciding, and that's where the booking is lost.

What you get

Your page, already written

Your club's page already exists, built for court searches in Cancún. Claim it and it's yours.

Calendar and pricing rules

Hours, slot lengths and prices by time band and by court, from one panel. You decide what gets published.

Open matches

We publish your free hours as open matches. Players sign up on their own and you see a full court.

Fewer wasted hours

We track who cancels late and who doesn't turn up, and we use it when putting matches together.

What about the Playtomic I already have?

You keep it. We're not going to ask you to drop it, cancel it or switch systems.

We don't connect to your Playtomic

Today we sync nothing with your Playtomic calendar, and we'd rather say so up front. There's no integration, and we're not going to sell you one as if there were.

You pick the hours

You give us the slots you want filled — Tuesday at 11, Wednesday at midday — and those are the only ones we publish. We don't touch the rest of your calendar.

Which is why nothing clashes

You start with a few hours and you choose them, so there's no way for us to sell a court that was already taken. Open more when it suits you.

What Playtomic doesn't give you

Playtomic charges you for the booking of someone who was going to play anyway. We put together the match for the player who had nobody to play with — which is exactly the hours that go empty today.

What it costs you

We haven't published a percentage yet because we haven't set one. We'll define it with the first group of Cancún clubs, and you'll read it here before you sign anything.

Claiming your page is free

Your club's page is already published — you can open it further down. Claiming it and fixing what's wrong costs nothing.

You pay per filled hour

The commission applies to the bookings we generate for you. An hour you had already sold isn't one you pay us for.

With the percentage in plain sight

Every line of your statement itemises what we keep. Playtomic publishes its commission nowhere; we put ours on the receipt from the first hour.

How we start

From the first conversation to your first published hours: one week. Nothing to install, nobody to train, and your WhatsApp keeps answering exactly as it does now.

  1. Same dayYou write to us and tell us how you take bookings today: Playtomic, WhatsApp or a paper notebook. Fifteen minutes, and no demo to sit through.
  2. Within 48 hoursWe go through your club's page together and fix anything wrong: courts, surface, hours, phone number.
  3. The first weekWe publish only the slots you marked for us and send you the first players.
  4. Whenever you sayIf it works, we open more hours and connect the full calendar. If it doesn't, you turn off the tap and your page stays as it was.
