How it works
Create your top-up offers
«Top up X and get Y bonus», up to 6 tiers, with an end date and, if you want, conditions for using the bonus.
Your players see a clear balance
«Your balance at your club»: what they paid, what you gave them, what expires soon, their last 30 days and what they owe.
Low-balance alerts
You set an amount to alert your players at, and each one can choose their own amount or no alerts at all.

«Wallet liability»: total balance, paid versus bonus, when it expires, dormant balance and 6 months of movements.

Good to know
The liability report is read-only: it moves no money. The club manager and staff with wallet permission can see it. A bonus can never be larger than the top-up, and topped-up balance carries no conditions. The low-balance alert is an in-app notification, one per payment.
Frequently asked questions
- Can the bonus be restricted?
- Yes. You can restrict it to a sport, a time range or the shop, and give it a validity of 1 to 3650 days or no expiry. The balance the player paid has no conditions.
- What is dormant balance?
- The balance in wallets with no movement at all in over 180 days. It's a good list for inviting those players back.
- Can a player turn the alerts off?
- Yes. Each player chooses between your alert, their own amount or no alerts, and their choice doesn't change yours for everyone else.
