Frequently asked questions
- Does the app cost anything?
- No. Downloading and using MeetAndPlay is free. You only pay your share of the court when you book or join a paid match. If you pay online, you see the cost of processing the payment before you pay. Paying at the club carries no such cost.
- Is it on the App Store and Google Play?
- The store listings go up as soon as they are ready, and this page shows the buttons that are already available. Meanwhile the web app installs from your browser and works the same way.
- How do I install it on my phone?
- On iPhone open the web app in Safari, tap Share and choose Add to Home Screen. On Android open it in Chrome and choose Install app in the menu.
- Does it work outside Cancún?
- You can create your account from anywhere in Mexico. Today most of the matches and clubs are in Cancún, where we launched.
