Today at the club: what's pending, in one list

Front desk, maintenance, shop and management see what the club is waiting on right now, sorted by what can't wait. No checking five screens or asking on WhatsApp.

How it works

  1. Everything pending, together

An unread shift handover, an order to hand over, a checklist that wasn't done, open tasks, reported courts, incidents, products running out, requests nobody decided and shifts nobody clocked into.

  2. Filter by area

Front desk, maintenance, shop or management. Each person sees only what their role can open, sorted into «now», «today» and «later».

  3. To-dos that don't get lost

The to-dos one shift leaves for the next stay as lines, and each one becomes a task with one tap.

  4. A heads-up before your shift

45 minutes before a shift, the person gets in the app what's waiting for them: handovers to read, their tasks and orders to hand over. If there's nothing, nothing is sent.

A team that arrives prepared

  • Punctuality without watching

Per person, over 4, 8 or 12 weeks: shifts on time, late and missed, with a ten-minute grace, from the clock-ins they record in the panel.

  • Gaps before they happen

For the next seven days you see open hours with nobody on shift and offered shifts nobody has taken.

  • Urgent things on top

A court with several reports or an order picked up in less than an hour rises to the top of the list on its own.

  • One screen, not five

Each line opens the screen where it gets solved: the task, the order, the court or the incident.

Good to know

Today at the club organizes what your shift, task, shop, court and incident screens already record; it isn't a payroll system. Punctuality comes from the clock-ins your team records in the panel, with no location or GPS. Management sees punctuality and shift gaps; each person sees their own list.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to use it?
Your team's planned shifts and the screens you already use in the panel. With whatever is there, the list builds itself.
How is punctuality measured?
The planned time of each shift is compared with the time the person clocked in. There's a ten-minute grace before it counts as late.
Does the whole team get notifications?
Only people with a planned shift, and only if something is waiting for them, 45 minutes before it starts.
