For clubs
What your club's panel already does
Ten tools that are already in the panel, described as they work today: what they do and where they stop.

- What your club's panel already does
Ten tools, no fine print
Each one is already in the panel. Where there is a limit, we say so on the same line.
Calendar and front desk
See the day court by court, create a booking for whoever walks in or calls, and take payment from that same booking.
Point of sale and shop
Sell products at reception with its own cash drawer, keep a stock log and record tips.
Memberships with their own rates
Create plans and give them a price per time slot that differs from the price list. Each plan decides whether reception sells it or it can only be bought in the app.
Classes, courses and coaches
Your coaches publish courses, clinics and private lessons, and players sign up on their own from the app.
Tournaments and leagues
Set up americano tournaments on the courts you choose and run club leagues from the same panel.
Reports and CSV export
See occupancy, cancellations and memberships, and download payments, bookings, income and sales as CSV for your accountant.
Campaigns to your players
Write to your players from the panel, save audiences to reuse them and send a test before you send for real.
Arrivals and kiosk
Scan each player's arrival and watch the arrivals board. The kiosk is a screen at the entrance where visitors register themselves.
Staff with permissions
Each team member has their own permissions, and the shift rota is built in the panel.
Card, OXXO and SPEI
The panel lets you choose which option is offered first: card, OXXO or SPEI. Online payment arrives once it is switched on; until then, payment is recorded at the front desk.
And the day-to-day detail
What the team uses at the desk, in the back office and at month end. All of it is already in the panel.
Desk: edit, copy and share
Change the players or the note on a booking that is already made, copy it to another date or move it to another customer. And copy an open match as a message ready to send on WhatsApp.
Tournaments: arrivals and standings as CSV
Mark who has arrived at each tournament and download the standings table as a CSV.
Customers by category, in bulk
Tick several customers in the list and move them into a category, or take them out of it, in one go. Each category shows how many members it has.
Price rules, filtered
Filter the rule list by who it applies to (everyone, general public, a category or a plan) and by type (regular, seasonal and holidays). Members-only rules are not mistaken for the price a walk-in pays.
Team punctuality
The timesheet compares the planned shift with the clock-in and marks who was late, who has not arrived and who missed the shift.
Renewals and waitlists
See which memberships end their period in the coming days and how each will renew: by card, by payment at reception or by cancellation. And see at a glance who is waiting for a spot in upcoming matches and classes.
Month end as CSV
Download retention cohorts, the financial close, satisfaction feedback and your campaign audiences as CSV.
Newest in the panel
More tools, with their limits on the same line.
Per-coach report
For each coach: classes taught and hours, the money collected for them, the club's share and the coach's share, and what is still owed. Downloads as CSV. Only club managers can see it.
What happened to each campaign
Each campaign shows how many messages were delivered, failed, or were held back because the player had muted them, and how many push notifications were opened in the app. Emails carry no open tracking.
Wallet credit per paid period
When a membership plan includes a wallet credit, a member who pays a period at the front desk, in cash or by terminal, gets it in their wallet once for each paid period. A comp, a $0 period or a CSV import earns none.
One court notice for every court
The rain or club-closure notice can be written or cleared on every court with a single action. Each court gets its own audit entry.
Front-desk credit: shown and reversible
When a membership is sold at the front desk, the screen shows the wallet credit the sale adds. If the sale is voided, the credit the member has not spent is taken back; what was already spent is recorded in the audit log.
What we do not do yet
There is no integration with another system's calendar: you mark the slots you want to fill. And we publish no commission because we have not set one; you will see it on the pricing page.
Shall we look at it with your club?
Tell us how you take bookings today and we will show you the panel.
