Is MeetAndPlay related to Easycancha?

No. MeetAndPlay is an independent service with no affiliation or agreement with Easycancha. We mention its name only to compare.

How much does MeetAndPlay cost for players?

Using the app is free and there is no subscription. You pay your share of the court and, if you pay online, the cost of processing the payment; the app itemises both before you pay.

Can I use MeetAndPlay alongside another platform?

Yes. A club can stay on the platform it already uses and publish only the hours it wants to fill on MeetAndPlay. Today we do not sync calendars with other platforms, so you choose those hours.

In your followers and following lists, you can follow back with one tap
Ladders, tournaments and leagues

Emails and calendar
Confirmation emails and reminders before the start, plus a notice when a membership charge fails; match and court confirmations carry a calendar file (.ics)
Schedule overlap and agenda
Booking a court, class or lesson warns you if it overlaps something on your schedule, and Games lists classes, lessons, club-desk bookings and tournament entries for the next 14 days next to your matches
Booking in parts and arrival
A court booking can be paid in dated parts: your wallet shows “Payments on account” and you get a notice for each part paid at the desk (each part is paid at the club, not in the app). On a booking with no match you tap “I'm here” and it is marked as used.
Tournaments: filters and waitlist
The tournament list filters by day, time, with spots and “I can play” (by your gender and level). If a waitlist place opens up, the tournament card offers it to you, and an unpaid entry stays in “Don't forget” for up to fifteen days after the tournament.

How we measured

MeetAndPlay: our figures come from the same data our pages publish. The directory combines OpenStreetMap with clubs we researched in public sources, each with its source, and changes with each data cut.
