Trust
Your reliability, explained point by point
You see your score from 0 to 100, what raises it, what lowers it and when each strike stops counting. That way open matches fill up with people who actually show up.
How it works
Your score, with its reasons
You start at 80. Every match played adds points; not showing up, canceling late or a conduct strike subtract. You see each reason with its points.
Strikes wear off on their own
Each strike loses weight little by little and stops counting after 180 days. And every match you play afterward helps you recover sooner.
Fair play, anonymous
After the match you rate the people who played with you: clean or with some issue with line calls, attitude or punctuality. Nobody knows who rated.
The organizer can ask for a minimum
In an open match, the organizer can ask for a reliability of 60 or 75 to join. It doesn't apply to people the organizer invites.
Matches with people who show up
No black boxes
Every point has a visible reason and a date when it stops counting.
Fair to newcomers
With fewer than three matches you're "New": nobody judges you for not having a history.
Fair play with a big enough sample
Your fair play is only shown with at least 5 ratings from 3 different people, so one bad afternoon doesn't define you.
Appeals that get an answer
If a strike wasn't yours, you appeal it with your explanation and the club reviews it. If they approve it, the strike is forgiven; either way, we let you know.

Good to know
The score looks at the last 180 days, and the organizer's cancellations don't count against you. Apart from the score, three active strikes keep you from joining open matches for 14 days. Fair play can't be appealed and is only shown when there's a big enough sample. If an appeal is rejected, you can appeal that strike again after 30 days.
