On the club's page you see its event packages (birthday, company, tournament or clinic) and what each one includes.
Send your request
Date, time, number of guests and courts, and how to reach you. No calls or scattered messages.
Get the quote
The club emails you a quote with courts, times, extras, deposit and validity. You accept it from the same link.
Pay the deposit and you're set
You pay the deposit at the club or, if the club has it switched on, online from the quote. At that moment your courts are held.

The courts really are held
Once the deposit is recorded, the club blocks the event's courts in its calendar and nobody else can book them.

Good to know
Each club decides its packages, its prices and whether it takes event requests; if it doesn't, its page shows no form. Online deposit payment only appears when the club has it switched on.

- It depends on the club, the package, the courts and the hours. The package shows an estimate and the club's quote has the final price.
- When are the courts held?
- When the deposit is paid, at the club or online. Until then the quote is a proposal.
- Can I ask for something that isn't in the packages?
- Yes. Send your request without choosing a package, tell the club what you need and it will quote you a tailored option.
