Today we keep 0% of the club's share on every match.
A club may have a negotiated rate different from ours; you always see it on the match screen before you join.
What it costs to process your payment
When online payment is active (it is not yet), processing your payment will cost something on top of the court. These are Stripe's published prices for Mexico, before the 16% VAT charged separately:
- Card (domestic): 3.6% + MX$3.00
- International card: 4.1% + MX$3.00
- OXXO (cash): 4% + MX$3.00
- SPEI (bank transfer): MX$7.00 per transaction
With OXXO you pay cash at any store using the code the app gives you. Your spot stays held until the payment deadline; if you don't pay before then, the spot is released. While the store's payment is being recorded, you'll see it as pending, never as failed.
With SPEI you transfer from your bank to the CLABE the app gives you. Your spot stays held until the payment deadline; if the transfer doesn't arrive before then, the spot is released. While the deposit is being confirmed, you'll see it as pending, never as failed.
These will be all the payment methods once online payment is active. If we add another later, you will see its real cost here, just like the others.
Today this cost is paid by whoever joins the match, never by the club.

Questions
- Will I be charged for finding a match?
- No. Searching, creating and joining games is free: MeetAndPlay charges you no commission for playing. You pay your share of the court, which goes to the club in full; if you pay online, the cost of processing the charge is added. The app itemises both before you pay.
- How do I pay my share?
- Today the app does not charge online yet: you hold your spot and pay your share at the club desk. When online payment is active it will be by card, cash at an OXXO store or SPEI transfer, and you will see your share of the court and the processing cost of each payment method separately.
- What if the match falls through?
- If the match doesn't fill, it's cancelled and your share comes back in full. While it isn't full you can leave whenever you like and get everything back too. Once it's full, leaving inside 24 hours forfeits your share — the court is already held and paid for — and it's recorded on your reliability profile.
- I run a club — do I have to switch systems?
- Not to begin with. We can start by publishing only the hours you mark as free, without touching the system you already use.
