For clubs

Tournaments, leagues and ladders without spreadsheets

From the draw to the score on each court, all in the club panel. Here is what you can already do today, and what you can't.

The formats you can set up

Americana

Rotating pairs: ideal for bringing players of different levels together in one evening. You choose the courts and how the pairs are made.

Mexicano

The standings build each round: the first by level and the following ones from the results of the previous round.

King of the court

Win and move up, lose and move down. It is played round by round from the same Live screen.

Round robin

Everyone plays with everyone, and the standings update with every result you record.

Single elimination

Brackets where the loser is out. You generate the draw and record the results of each match.

Groups and knockout

A group stage with its standings, then brackets with the best, with a consolation draw. You can move a match to another court or time.

Before the tournament

Categories and prices

One price per category, one fee per pair, and different prices for members or for a client category. Each player pays the cheapest one that applies to them.

Who can sign up

A public tournament, one by link only that does not appear in lists or searches, or one with an access code. You can also receive spot requests and decide on them one by one.

Prizes, questions and welcome

A prize per place and category, questions each player answers when signing up, and a welcome message that only the registered players see.

Repeat and build circuits

Duplicate a tournament with its settings, or create the next editions as drafts to review them. Several tournaments can count toward a season ranking: a circuit.

On the day of the event

Live screen

Build the round as a draft, announce it, record the score of each court and move on to the next. You can pause or extend the round.

Print and export

The standings and the rounds are printed from the Live screen. Whoever manages the club downloads the table as CSV and the rounds sheet as CSV or PDF.

Share with the players

The message for the current round or the standings builds itself; you edit it and send it to the event chat.

Leagues

Matchdays, groups and promotion

A season of matchdays with groups per matchday, single or home-and-away legs. You define how many teams move up and down between groups and the points for a win, draw and loss.

Reschedules and substitutes

Teams propose moving a match; the club sees the open proposals and can cancel them. A team member can propose a substitute for a match.

Late entries

If the league has already started, whoever arrives late joins the matchday that is still open.

Ladders with challenges

You set the rules

One ladder per sport: how many places above a player can be challenged, how long the challenged player has to answer, and how many days must pass before repeating a match-up. A challenge that is declined or goes unanswered in time counts as a win for the challenger.

Start and club view

Order the starting ladder by your players' level, open it to see each place with its open challenge, and archive it when it ends. Players join, challenge and report the result from the app.

What your players see

Waitlist

When a tournament fills up, players join the list and get the spot that opens up. There is nothing to configure.

Public page and app

Public tournaments appear on the MeetAndPlay tournaments page, and players sign up from the app.

What isn't there yet

Online payment of the entry fee arrives once it is active; in the meantime the payment is recorded at the front desk. There is no integration with another system's calendar, and the formats are the ones on this list: we don't make up others.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a different format for a league?
Yes: the league is its own format, with matchdays and groups. Ladders are separate and are created in Standings.
Can I run a tournament just for my members?
You can do it with a private link or with an access code that you hand out, and set a special price for members.
