How it works for clubs: from setting up to full courts

Seven steps from the club panel. No need to change how you work overnight: start with the basics and add as you go.

The seven steps

  1. Set up your club

Write to us and we claim or create your club page. Then you add your team to the panel, each person with the role that fits them.

  2. Configure your courts and hours

Add each court with its sport, whether it is covered or outdoor, the opening hours and the slot length. You can close a court for maintenance or rain without touching the rest of the calendar.

  3. Set your prices

Set the price by time band and by court: peak time does not cost the same as a weekday morning. Players see the price before they book, without messaging you on WhatsApp.

  4. Take bookings and matches

Your page shows up for players looking for a court. Bookings land straight in your calendar, and open matches help fill gaps with players of a similar level.

  5. Get paid and run the front desk

From the calendar you record payments, move a booking to another time or court and check in whoever arrives. Today payment is taken at the front desk, in cash or by card terminal, and recorded in the till.

  6. Sell, run memberships and organise tournaments

Use the shop to sell water, grips and equipment rental from the same panel. Create membership plans with their perks and organise tournaments, leagues and classes so your players come back.

  7. Check your numbers

Occupancy by court and by hour, revenue and till closings in panel reports. That is how you decide where to lower a price or which hour is worth promoting.

Before you start

Do I have to drop my current system overnight?
No. You can start with your page and a few courts, and if you decide to switch, you bring your customers, members and balances over by file so you do not start from zero.
Do my players need to download anything?
They can use the app, and they can also see your page and hours in the browser. Anyone who prefers not to use the app can book with your front desk, which enters the booking from the panel.
How much does it cost?
We explain it in detail on the pricing page, with no fine print.
