MeetAndPlay

For clubs

Club finances: you know how many hours you need to sell

Your expenses and your sales in one place: cost per court hour, break-even point, month-on-month comparison and the check between what was charged, what was deposited and what reached the bank.

How it works

  1. Record your expenses

Rent, salaries, electricity and the rest, fixed or variable, with expenses that repeat every month.

  2. See your break-even point

What each sold court hour and each available court hour costs you, and how many hours and what occupancy you need not to lose money.

  3. Compare month on month

Your profit and loss against the previous month, with what went up and down, and as a CSV for your accountant.

  4. Check your deposits

Compare what you charged, what was deposited and what reached your bank, and see where they don't match.

Numbers to decide with, not to file away

  • Simulate your occupancy

Move the occupancy and see how much you'd earn or lose with your real costs.

  • Budget alerts

If you switch the alert on, we let you know when an expense nears or passes your monthly budget.

  • Built on your real sales

Bookings, classes, shop and memberships are already in the app: you don't enter your income twice.

  • Ready for your accountant

Profit and loss and deposit check as CSV, with the same numbers you see on screen.

Figures invented for the example.

Good to know

The figures use the expenses you record and the sales that go through the app; anything you charge outside it doesn't appear unless you record it. The break-even point is an estimate with the month's costs. The budget alert is switched on per club and needs a monthly budget entered.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an accountant to use it?
No. It's made for whoever runs the club; the CSV is for when your accountant asks for it.
Where does the income come from?
From the bookings, classes, sales and memberships charged in the app, plus what you record at the till.
What is the deposit check?
The comparison between what was charged, what was deposited to you and what reached your bank, to find differences in time.
