Migration
Switch systems in an afternoon, with an undo button
Upload what you export from your current system and the assistant sorts it out: customers, memberships, wallet balances, standing weekly slots, future bookings and class enrollments. Nothing is saved until you write it.
How it works
Choose where you're coming from and what you upload
Tell us which system the file comes from and what it contains: customers, memberships, balances, standing slots, future bookings or class enrollments. A CSV or an Excel file works.
Review the columns
The assistant suggests which column is which piece of data and understands dates, times and amounts in the most common formats. It saves the mapping for your next file.
Run the review
Every row gets a verdict: ready, to review, skipped or error. Possible duplicates stay on hold until you decide whether it's the same person.
Write the ready rows
One button writes everything that's ready. If you close the tab, the batch continues where it left off. And if you don't like something, you undo it.
A migration that isn't scary
Review before saving
You see what will be created and what has problems before touching your club, and you can download the problem rows to fix them.
Duplicates are your call
If a phone number or email almost matches, the row waits. You say «same person» or «different person»; nothing is ever merged on its own.
Undo by batch
For 14 days you can undo a whole batch. Anything already in use is kept, and we tell you why.
No charges, no surprises
Migrating doesn't charge any card. A booking that arrives already paid comes in at $0; one that wasn't is left to collect. And your customers are only notified if you ask us to.
Batch 3 · Future bookings
- Ready
- 212 rows
- To review
- 6 possible duplicates
- Skipped
- 9 with a past date
- With errors
- 2 rows
Nothing is saved until you write the ready rows.
Good to know
We don't migrate history: bookings with a past date are skipped, and payments and saved cards aren't carried over either. Courts and prices are set up in a separate step. Class enrollments require the person to already have an account. A very large file is split into several batches, and only the person who administers the club can migrate.
Frequently asked questions
- Which systems can I come from?
- Any system that exports a CSV or an Excel file. For the most common systems the assistant already has a suggested column mapping, which you can always correct.
- What happens to a booking that's already been paid?
- It comes in at $0 with the reason noted in its record, so it isn't charged twice. One that was unpaid keeps its price and is left to collect.
- What if I pick the wrong file?
- Before writing, you discard the review and nothing has happened. After writing, you undo the batch within 14 days and give a reason. Anything already in use is kept, such as a customer who has activated their account or has upcoming bookings.
