Guests and hotels: every visit paid and recorded

Sell day passes from a link, give each partner hotel its own link and rate, set rules for your members' guests, and let the front desk check people in within seconds.

How it works

  1. Create your passes

Up to twelve kinds of pass, each with its price per person and, if you want, a daily limit. They sell up to 60 days ahead.

  2. Share your link

Your visitor link goes on your website, your social media or a QR at the front desk. Visitors buy with no account and get their code by email.

  3. Add partner hotels

Each hotel gets its own link. Its guests see the rate you agreed with them, never higher than the public one, and each visit is credited to that hotel.

  4. The front desk checks them in

The day's list shows every pass. Scan the QR or type the code, the visitor signs your waiver and, if they haven't paid, payment is taken in the same step.

Visits that turn into players

  • Rules for members' guests

Set how many guests each member can bring per month and how many times the same person can come before becoming a member.

  • Free visits from the plan

If a plan includes guest visits, they're used up automatically; the rest pay the guest fee on arrival.

  • Follow-up the next day

If the visitor agrees, the next day at 10:00 we invite them to create a player account.

  • Know where each visit comes from

The report splits visits by host member, by hotel and by your public link, and tells you who became a player.

Good to know

You set each pass's price; MeetAndPlay doesn't set rates. A partner hotel is a link with its rate that you configure, not a hotel marketplace. The visitor's code arrives by email, not SMS or WhatsApp. A pass that has been used can't be cancelled. Guest caps are optional and go up to 60 a month.

Frequently asked questions

Does the visitor have to pay online?
No. They can pay online if they sign in, or pay at the front desk on arrival. The front desk also sells walk-in passes.
How do I know how much each hotel brings?
In the guest report each visit shows its channel: host member, partner hotel or public link.
Can I limit my members' guests?
Yes: set a cap of guests per member per month and another on visits by the same person per month. The front desk sees the notice at check-in.
