Does having an account cost anything?

There is no subscription or commission for players. You only pay your share of the court, as each club offers it.

In which cities can I book?

Booking in the app starts in Cancún. The rest of the country is in the court directory as informational listings, which are not verified clubs.

What is an open match?

A match open to anyone who wants to join, at the level set by the organizer. In the app you look for open matches by sport, day and level.

How does my level work?

You have one level per sport and a reliability measure. The level guide explains how to read it and how to raise it.

Can I book without creating an account?

At clubs that have it turned on, yes: you book as a guest with your name and a way to contact you.

Which languages is it available in?

First in Mexican Spanish. There are also several more languages, including English, Yucatec Maya, Nahuatl, Tseltal and Tsotsil.

How much does it cost for a club?

We have not set a commission yet and we are not going to make up a number. We will publish it on Pricing before you sign anything.

Do I have to give up my current system?

No. You can use MeetAndPlay alongside it, and if you want to switch completely, there is a guide on how customers, members and balances are moved.

My club already appears in the directory, what do I do?

Its listing is already published, and claiming or correcting it costs nothing. If your club does not appear, suggest its name to us and how people book there today.

Can I charge by card, OXXO or SPEI?

The dashboard already lets you choose which option is offered first, but online payment is not active yet: in the meantime, the front desk records the payment.

Does it connect to another system's calendar?

There is no integration with another system's calendar: you mark the time slots you want to fill for us.
