MeetAndPlay

For coaches

Coaches: your lessons and your students in one place

For padel, tennis and pickleball coaches. Your public profile, your private-lesson schedule and your students, in the same app where they already set up their games.

What already works for a coach today

This is already in the product; where something isn't switched on yet, we say so on the same line.

  • A public profile people find on Google

Your MeetAndPlay page with your bio, sports, levels, programmes priced in pesos, upcoming classes and usual hours. It goes live only if you switch it on in Coach mode, and we show your first name with your surname's initial.

  • Private lessons that book themselves

Publish your weekly hours and a student books a slot: the app holds the court and creates the lesson. If you'd rather review first, take requests only; and when you're full, close bookings.

  • Students book in the app and pay at the club

The app doesn't take online payments yet: a priced lesson is paid at the club's front desk, and card payment at booking arrives once it's switched on. The club sets your rate and its commission, and you see your earnings month by month at each club where you teach and, if you teach at several, added up per currency.

  • Your students, organised

A student list with their lessons, roll call, homework with a session plan and video reviews with notes pinned to the second.

  • Your schedule in your calendar

Subscribe Google Calendar, Apple or Outlook to your lessons with a private link only you hold.

  • A verified level for your students

After your level test, your student asks for a place in a game with a verified level, so games come out more even.

How we get you on board

Today a coach joins MeetAndPlay through their club, because every lesson holds a real court.

  1. 1

    Leave your details

Your name, the sports you teach, your city and the club or clubs where you teach.

  2. 2

    We talk to your club

With your details, our team sends you the invitation from the club where you teach, or the club invites you directly by email, even if you don't have an account yet. If your club doesn't use MeetAndPlay yet, we introduce it to them: without a club, there's no sign-up.

  3. 3

    Switch on your profile

In Coach mode, publish your hours and, whenever you like, switch on your public profile.

Join as a coach

We'll reach you on WhatsApp or by email to set you up with your club.

Sports you teach

If you teach at several, separate them with commas.

A number with its country code, or an email; that's where we'll write.

Questions from coaches

Can I join if I teach on my own, without a club?
No. Every coach belongs to a club, because a lesson holds a real court, and it's the club that invites you. If you teach on your own, tell us which club or courts you teach at: if it's already on MeetAndPlay, we send you its invitation; if not, we introduce MeetAndPlay to them.
Is my profile published without my permission?
No. The club can add you, but only you switch on your public profile, and you can turn it off whenever you like.
Can I teach at more than one club?
Yes. Each club adds you separately. You see your earnings at each club and, on top of that, the total across all your clubs, added up per currency.
Do my students need the app?
To book a private lesson, yes: it's the same account they use to set up games and book courts.
