How it works
Publish the event
Date, capacity, public price and member price. If you want, you ask for meal type and shirt size when they confirm.
Your players confirm and pay
They confirm with up to five guests; if the group no longer fits, they join the waitlist. They pay for their ticket online or at the front desk.
Notices to attendees
You post notices of up to 500 characters on the event board and they reach everyone who confirmed and the waitlist.
Door and summary
At the door you have the list of attendees and guests. Afterward you see spots, arrivals, no-shows, money and who came for the first time, and you share the photo album.
Events that fill up and get paid
Automatic member price
Anyone with an active membership pays the member price without codes; their guests pay the public price.
Refunds with a clear rule
If someone drops out 24 hours or more ahead, they get their full ticket back. If you cancel the event, it's always refunded.
No more WhatsApp lists
The waitlist, the guests and the notices all live in the event.
You know what worked
Each event ends with its summary: how many came, how many didn't show and how many were first-timers.

Good to know
Online payment is started by each player from their ticket, and it requires your club to accept online payments; the club doesn't make charges on its own. Tickets under $10 are paid at the club. A paid ticket is fully refunded if canceled 24 hours or more ahead; after that, the club keeps it. Capacity runs from 1 to 1,000 people, or unlimited. Notices only reach people who confirmed or are on the waitlist.

- How does the app know who is a member?
- By their active membership at your club. When they pay, the member price is applied automatically.
- What happens if it fills up?
- Anyone who confirms afterward joins the waitlist and also gets the event's notices.
- Can I charge at the front desk?
- Yes. You record the cash payment in the panel and the ticket is marked paid.
