Invite and play: your players bring in new ones
Set up your club's referral program: how much credit the inviter gets and how much the newcomer gets. It's paid only once the new player has played their first paid game at your club.
How it works
Set the reward
From the panel you set the credit for the inviter and for the newcomer, an optional bonus for bringing several friends and a monthly cap on rewards per person.
Your players share their link
Each player has their link in the app, under «Invite and play». They can also share it in their groups and see how many arrived through them.
The newcomer plays and pays
Anyone new to your club, or who had never paid there, counts. The reward is released once their first paid game has started, not when they sign up.
Both get their credit
The credit lands in both wallets, for your club only, and they get a notification. The inviter is also told when their friend signs up.
Referrals that don't cost you dearly
Pay for real players
No reward for empty sign-ups: only once the new player has played and paid.
Abuse checks
Inviting yourself, or yourself on another account, is rejected. If two accounts share a phone or a card, or someone sends many invites in a day, the invite waits for your review.
You set the limit
A monthly cap per person and an optional total budget. If it's reached, rewards stay pending and are paid later, without cutting anyone off.

The reward is paid once the newcomer has played their first paid game.
Good to know
The reward is credit to use at your club; it isn't cash and can't be transferred between players. The program is off until you switch it on. Each reward can be up to $5,000 and the monthly cap per person ranges from 1 to 50 rewards. Someone who had already paid at your club doesn't count as new. Payouts go out on the next automatic run, not instantly.
Frequently asked questions
- When is the reward paid?
- Once the new player's first paid game at your club has started. Signing up or booking isn't enough.
- What happens to a suspicious invite?
- It's held and you see it in the panel. You decide whether to release or reject it; nothing is deleted.
- Can I pause the program?
- Yes. While it's paused, earned rewards stay pending and are paid when you switch it back on.
