When can you play?
When can you play? One link and the group agrees
No more hundred messages of «Thursday doesn't work for me». Send one link, everyone marks the half hours they're free, and you instantly see which time works for everyone and whether there's a court.
How it works
Ask the question
Choose the club, one to seven days, the time window you care about, whether the game is 60, 90 or 120 minutes and how many people you need.
Send it to the group
Share the link on WhatsApp. Whoever opens it marks their free hours on a grid, with or without an account: typing their name is enough.
See the best times
The board ranks the times when the whole group fits, tells you whether a court is really free at the club then and what it costs.
«Let's play here»
Pick the time, we tell everyone who answered with an account, and the booking opens already filled in for you to confirm.
Faster than a poll in the chat
Nobody has to install anything
Your friends answer from the browser. If they have an account, their usual playing hours come pre-marked.
A truly free hour
It's not enough that everyone can: the board crosses the answers with the club's free courts at that moment.
A nudge for whoever's missing
See who hasn't answered, and with «Remind them» we ask the invited players with an account again.
Your group usually can…
After a couple of asks, we show you the time windows when your group is almost always free.
When can you play? · Thursday padel
- Thu 8:00 pm
- 4 of 4 · court free
- Wed 7:30 pm
- 4 of 4 · $640
- Fri 9:00 pm
- 3 of 4
- Still to answer
- 1 person
Picking the time doesn't hold the court: you confirm it when booking.
Good to know
One ask covers up to seven days and up to 45 days ahead. It takes up to 30 answers, and you can invite up to twelve players by name. The public board only shows the first name and initial of account holders, or the name each visitor typed, never phone numbers. Picking the time doesn't book: the court is held when you confirm the booking.
Frequently asked questions
- Do my friends need an account?
- No. They open the link, type their name and mark their hours. If they have an account, their answers are tied to it and we let them know when you pick the time.
- Can I mark the days I can't play?
- Yes. In the app you save your «can't play» days and your usual playing hours, and those fill your grid in every new ask.
- What if I don't want more answers?
- Close the ask so nobody else answers, or take the link down so it stops working.
