Downloading the coaches' earnings CSV

In the club panel, the coach payments screen shows the earnings ledger with a button to download it as CSV. By default it covers the current month up to today, in the club's time zone, and you can change the date range with the filter.

Each row is one movement and includes, among other columns, the date, the coach, the type, the gross amount, the commission and its basis, what the coach earned, the currency and when it was settled; corrections carry a reference to the movement they correct. Amounts are in cents.

So that the spreadsheet doesn't run formulas, text that starts with `=`, `+`, `-` or `@` is saved with an apostrophe at the start; that way an odd name shows as text and not as a formula.
