Importing customers and wallet balances from a file

Customers. In the club panel, when importing a customer file, the columns step lets you choose which file column matches each field: name, email, phone, category, category validity and tags. The system suggests columns from the headers (for example “nombre”, “correo”, “celular”). Only name is required. The file allows up to 1,000 rows right away or 5,000 in the background.

Wallet balances. The balance import uses the email and phone columns (one is enough), amount, note and, optionally, wallet name: if you leave it empty, the amount goes to the general wallet; if it carries the name of one of the club's wallets, it goes there. An amount with a minus sign deducts. Each row is matched to the club's customer by email or phone and no new accounts are created. If the same player appears on several rows, it is flagged as an error by default, unless you allow each row to be its own credit.
