A tournament's waitlist
Bookings
When a tournament is full you can join its waitlist. Joining costs nothing: you pay the entry fee only if you get in. While people are on the list, places that free up belong to the list, not to whoever signs up first.
How it works
- On the full tournament's screen tap Join the waitlist. You will see your place in line.
- If a place frees up and it's your turn, we tell you and the place is held for you for 24 hours, or until the tournament stops taking entries, whichever comes first. If less than 30 minutes remain until then, no offer is made.
- Enter before that deadline and pay as with any entry. When only a few hours are left we send you a reminder.
- If you don't enter in time, the place goes to the next person. There is no penalty and you can join the waitlist again.
- Leave the waitlist whenever you like; your place is offered to the next person right away.
