On the memberships screen, tap Show membership card on a membership that isn't cancelled to show it at the club desk. The card shows the club name, the plan, the holder's name, whether it is valid (Valid, Valid until a date or No active benefits today) and a reference code you can read out at the counter.
The time on the card runs live, in the club's time zone, so staff can see it is not a screenshot. It deliberately has no QR code; it is checked by eye. To join or cancel a membership, see Club memberships.
