Pay links: paying your share without an account, and why one stops working

Payments

A pay link is a web page where you pay for a booking, or your share of one, without needing an account. The club's front desk or the person who booked sends it to you.

How a pay link works

  • Open the link: you see who invited you, your share, the processing fee and the total.
  • Pay by card, or by OXXO or SPEI when the page offers them. Cash at the club is not offered on a link, because the club would have no way to confirm the payment is yours.
  • When you pay, we let whoever invited you know. For a shared booking, it is confirmed once everyone has paid their share.

Why a link stops working

A link only works while the charge behind it is still open. If the booking is cancelled, if whoever sent it cancels the charge, or if the link expires, the page says Link no longer available and nothing can be paid on it. Ask whoever sent it for a new link; if the booking was cancelled, there is nothing left to pay. If you paid before the cancellation, see how to ask for a refund.
