Saved views and columns on the panel's lists

For clubs: above the Customers, Bookings, Credits and refunds, Point of sale and Memberships lists there is a Saved views bar. Save what you have on screen (filters, columns and sort order) under a name and reopen it with one tap.

Saving and reopening a view

• Filter, sort and choose columns; type a name of up to 60 characters in Save this view as… and tap Save view.
• Columns hides the ones you do not need. At least one always stays visible, and the row's fixed columns (such as the name or the actions) cannot be hidden. The choice is saved with the view.
• Each view is a button: tapping it applies its filters, columns and sort order from the first page. Clear filters and columns returns to the normal list.
• If you save another view under the same name, it replaces the earlier one instead of creating a copy.

Sharing and managing

• Tick Share with the club's staff so the staff who can open that list see your view; shared ones carry a “shared” tag.
• Under My views you rename, share or stop sharing, and delete your views. Only the person who created a view can change it.
• Credits and refunds and Memberships are manager screens: only managers see and save views there.
