Importing members onto a plan from a file
Account
For clubs: in Memberships there are two ways to enrol many members from a file. In both, the customer must already have a player account (no accounts are created), each row is identified by email or phone, you see a preview first, and nothing is saved until you tap Import now. You need the permission to manage memberships.
Import members (CSV)
- You choose one Plan for the whole file and the Payment: Cash (recorded as a cash payment of the plan) or Comp (no charge). It accepts CSV or Excel (.xlsx).
- Up to 200 rows are processed right away. A larger file (up to 1,000 rows and 2 MB) is sent to the background and its progress appears in Exports.
- The preview counts new enrolments, renewals and rows with errors, for example “Already holds a membership at this club”. Download error report downloads the skipped rows.
Import members (one plan per row)
- Each row carries its own plan (name or id), start and, if you want, end, with dates as YYYY-MM-DD or DD/MM/YYYY. The start cannot be in the future and the end cannot be before the start. Only active plans that staff can enrol at the desk work.
- It charges nothing: the memberships are billed manually. CSV only, up to 200 rows.
- The preview lists each line with “Will be created” or the reason (plan missing or shared by two plans, another active plan, term already ended…). If you repeat the import, anyone who already has the membership shows as “Already has this membership active”.
