The Exports page: requesting, downloading and scheduling files
Account
For clubs: Exports builds large files in the background, with no row limit, and emails you when they are ready. Managers with the Exports permission can see it.
Requesting and downloading
- The buttons at the top request Customers, Members, Revenue and Bookings, each as CSV or PDF. If an identical request is already queued or being built, the button reuses it instead of creating another.
- Customers, members and bookings carry personal data: before requesting them, the system asks you to confirm that you take responsibility for the file. Customers and members also require the permission to export customers.
- The table, newest first, shows the file, its status (queued, building, ready, expired, failed or cancelled), who requested it and until when it is available. A Ready export downloads with Download for 7 days; after that it is Expired and must be requested again. If it failed, the table shows the reason. Up to 50 are listed.
Scheduled deliveries
- Beside the email button of several reports (Customers, Memberships, Bookings, Debts, Invoices, Reports and more) is Schedule delivery: you choose every week or every month, and CSV or PDF.
- Every week (the period starts on Monday) or every month, the full previous period arrives by email, in your club's time zone. For customers, members, revenue and bookings, each delivery carries only what changed or started since the previous one.
- My scheduled deliveries lists only yours, with the last delivery and Remove. Scheduling the same report again with the same frequency and format does not create a duplicate.
Import history
- When there are background imports they appear under Imports with their result. One that is queued is cancelled with Cancel import; one that is running is stopped with Stop import once the current row finishes, and the rows already applied are kept.
- If a finished import had rows with errors, Download error report downloads a CSV with them.
