Corrected scores in the dispute queue
Account
When a disputed result was a score correction, the dispute queue marks it so you can see what had been reported before you decide.
What a correction is
- A player on the team that hadn't yet confirmed proposed a different score (see Correcting a match score). Each result can be corrected only once.
- The team that had reported the original score rejected the correction, which is why the result became disputed and landed in the queue.
What you see in the queue
The queue is Disputes and reports → Disputed results, in the platform panel (only the MeetAndPlay operations team sees it):
- In the list, next to the score there is a tag with the score that had been reported, an arrow, and the corrected one.
- In the case, under the score, a note: "Score corrected by the other team. It was first reported as…" with the original score.
- A result that wasn't a correction shows none of this.
How it is decided
- Uphold the result accepts the score shown, the corrected one, and hands it to the rating engine.
- Void the result sets it aside so it can be reported again; the disputed record is kept.
- Both decisions carry a note and are stored with the name of whoever decided.
Correction deadline at your club
A player can correct a score until the window their club gives for answering it runs out: the one under Policies → Automatic result confirmation if your club turned it on (between 24 and 168 hours), or 72 hours if not. With a short window fewer corrections arrive in time; with a long one the teams have more room to settle it themselves.
