How to open a support ticket

If something isn't working the way you expect and this help center doesn't cover it, open a ticket from Profile → Support.

Pick the category that best describes your situation, write a clear summary, and our team replies on that same ticket — you'll get a notification when there's a reply. You can keep writing on the same ticket while it's being worked on.
