Downloading my data

You can request a copy of your data — profile, levels, matches, bookings, payments and devices — from Profile → Account and data.

Two ways to get it:

• Direct download onto the phone you're currently using.
• By email: we send a download link to your registered email, valid for a few days.

This is part of your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition) under Mexico's data-protection law (LFPDPPP).
