My wallet and how to top it up
Payments
Your wallet holds balance you can use to pay for your spot in matches, classes, and bookings, without having a card in hand every time.
Wallet types
- General wallet: your balance, valid at any club in the app.
- Club wallet: balance that can only be spent at that club, usually from a bonus top-up or a membership.
How to top up
From Profile → Wallet → Top up, choose an amount or enter your own and pay by card, OXXO, or SPEI. Your balance is credited as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Important: the balance you top up is non-refundable — it can only be used to pay within the app. Check your transactions and any outstanding debts on the same wallet screen.
