How my level goes up or down

Your level changes based on each match's result and how strong your opponent was, not just whether you won or lost.

• Beating a higher-level opponent raises your level more than beating a lower-level one.
• Losing to a lower-level opponent lowers your level more than losing to a higher-level one.
• If you haven't played in a long time, your level can become provisional again until you play again.

You can see the full history of your level changes under Profile → Level & DUPR. If you think a result was recorded wrong, you can appeal it from there.
