Group dues

Payments

A group's owner or admin can collect a due from the rest of the members — for example, to split the cost of a court or a tournament.

How to collect a due

From Community → Groups, open your group and go to Group dues → New due. Write the title, the amount per person, the due date and the club that receives the money. As soon as you create it, every active member gets their own share to pay.

What members see

  • The title, the amount, the due date and how many have already paid.
  • A Pay button to cover their share with card, OXXO, SPEI or their wallet — the payment goes straight to the club, MeetAndPlay holds no group balances.
  • An automatic reminder, sent once, 48 hours before their share is due, if they haven't paid yet.

Cancellations and refunds

The admin can mark a share as paid in cash or waive someone without charging them. They can cancel the whole due as long as nobody has paid online; once someone has paid by card, OXXO or SPEI, the due can no longer be cancelled, and a refund for that share is handled by the club the same as any other payment (see the article on refunds).
