Joining a match with a partner

If you and your playing partner want to join an open match together, you don't have to join separately.
How it works
From the match, tap Join with a partner and choose someone you've already played with. We send them an invitation — you're not both signed up until they accept.
- If you both fit within the match's level range, you both join together as soon as your partner accepts.
- If either of you falls outside the level range, the pair needs approval from the other players to join.
You join together or not at all — and if one of you later leaves the match, the other leaves too, so no one is left stranded.
If you're already in a match, you can add your partner afterward from Add my partner, straight into the spot next to yours.
