No-shows and strikes
Bookings
If you confirm your spot in a match and then neither show up nor cancel in time, you get a strike. Several strikes in a short period can temporarily limit your ability to book.
Cancelling ahead of time — within a club's cancellation window — doesn't count as a no-show. See the article on each club's cancellation policy.
If you think a strike is unfair (a genuine emergency, or a system error), you can appeal it from Profile → Level & DUPR → strikes.
