Cancellation policy

Each club sets its own cancellation window (for example, up to 12 or 24 hours before the match). You'll always see it before confirming your booking.

• Inside the window: cancelling is free and doesn't count as a no-show.
• Outside the window: a charge may apply, and not showing up counts as a no-show (see the article on strikes).

If a match is cancelled because it never filled in time, everyone who had already paid is refunded automatically.
