Where to play padel in Mexico City

Mexico City has no single padel district. The courts are spread across private clubs, padel-only centres, sports complexes and a few public venues. This guide lists every named padel venue in our records for the city, starts with the ones that have a court count on record, and says plainly what we do not know.

What our records show

Our records list 45 named places with padel in Mexico City. For 15 of them there is a padel court count on record, and those add up to 68 courts. Of those 15, 8 are recorded as indoor or covered.

These are minimums: the total only adds what is on record.

Playing at altitude and in the rainy season

Mexico City sits at more than 2,200 metres above sea level. The air is thinner than on the coast, so if you arrive from a lower city, start with an easy session and drink more water than you expect to need.

The rainy season runs roughly from May to October and storms usually arrive in the afternoon. Open-air courts wait it out when it rains, a good reason to prefer an indoor venue if your plans are fixed.

How to get on a court

There is no standard. Some clubs take bookings through an app or their website, others over WhatsApp or Instagram messages or by phone. The lists above show each venue's channels; try those first.

We do not quote prices, opening hours or ratings: none are on record for these venues. Ask what a court costs, whether lights or rackets are extra, and what happens if it rains. MeetAndPlay does not take bookings at these venues; you arrange the court with the venue itself.

What to bring

• Padel or court shoes. Smooth soles with good grip handle the turf and the quick lateral steps; running shoes slide.
• Your racket if it travels well, or ask the venue whether it lends or rents one.
• Water, a towel and a layer. Altitude dries you out and evenings can be cool.

Finding a game without a group
